A man from Bristol has begun refurbishing an American school bus for use in a ‘unique’ charity project.
Paul Clifford, who set up the charity Fat Dads Community Kitchen, purchased the yellow bus from New York.
Mr Clifford’s intention is to use the vehicle to run a mobile soup kitchen in deprived areas and promote cheap and healthier ways of living and eating.
Mr Clifford says he hopes the bus ‘will give people who are lost a sense of belonging’.
