A court has jailed a man for nine years after he followed a teenage girl off a bus in Bristol and raped her.
Michael Murray attacked the teen in Stapleton Road, in the Lower Easton area of the city, on Thursday 9th January.
The 29-year-old pleaded guilty to rape and a separate charge of common assault when he appeared via video-link at Bristol Crown Court on Tuesday 7th April.
Murray, of no fixed address, is to serve nine years in jail and six years on an extended licence.
