Changes bring ‘improvement’

A bus firm in Gloucestershire claims a significant improvement in services since it implemented changes.

In 2022, Stagecoach West cut services in Cheltenham and the Forest of Dean to offer a ‘more reliable service’.

Rachel Geliamassi, managing director at Stagecoach West, said the feedback it had received had been positive.

The company previously said a national driver shortage had led to what some had called its ‘failure’ to deliver services.
