Arriva Kent & Surrey used to be the main operator at the Friary Bus Station in Guildford, where this service, which they used to run, departs from. A drop in passenger numbers had forced Arriva to cease all bus services in its Surrey region on 17th December 2021. Stagecoach South then became the bus station’s main operator; they also took over this route.
