In the Hampshire village of Charlton, which lies northwest of the town of Andover, you will find Charlton Lakes. The two lakes here are delightful, whether you follow the sensory walk around them, watch the wildlife on — or in — them, or just sit beside them; the views across the lakes are stunning. Next to the smaller lake there is a children’s play park and a leisure centre; there is also a café, a mini golf course, and a boating lake.
