Did you know?
The 182 followed a delightful route, which passed by two ancient hill forts, Hod Hill and Hambledon Hill, both of which are a few miles northwest of Blandford. These days, you have to travel to Salisbury on the X3 (run by More), then catch either the 27 or the 29 (both run by Salisbury Reds) to get to Shaftesbury from Bournemouth. How crazy having to travel from Dorset to Wiltshire and then back into Dorset to get to where you want to go!
