Churchill Gardens

Salisbury

4 / 5 ▪ Very Good

Framed to the south and east by the River Avon, Churchill Gardens is home to a wide variety of shrubs and trees. There is a crisscross of pathways that run through the park, which is a great place for a stroll, jog, or bike ride. There are also two sports areas and two children’s play areas. Named after the former Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill (1874 – 1965), the gardens opened in 1972.
