Brownhill Way Bus Stop

All that remains of this stop today is the pole; the sign — complete with its nonstandard spelling of Lordshill, written as two capitalised words — has gone and so has the route 17 bus, which used to serve this stop.

Local operator Bluestar, part of Go South Coast, does still run its 17 service; however, following a route change, the bus now bypasses Brownhill Way. The new route sees the 17 extend onwards from the city centre to the Weston area of Southampton.
